    I am a mindfulness practitioner and teacher who guides individuals and groups in meditation, embodied awareness, and bringing contemplative practice into everyday life. While living at Plum Village Buddhist Monastery in France, I studied the teachings and supported mindfulness retreats rooted in meditation, embodied awareness, ecology, and community living. This experience deeply shapes my approach, which is relational, attentive, and grounded in lived experience.

    I have been practicing mindfulness and meditation for over a decade and draw from Zen practice, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and somatic movement traditions.

    I offer one-on-one mindfulness and meditation coaching for people seeking greater steadiness, self-compassion, and clarity in daily life.

    Mindfulness coaching is a collaborative, reflective process that supports you in building a consistent meditation practice and integrating mindfulness into everyday life. Research suggests that consistent mindfulness practice supports reductions in perceived stress and anxiety, enhances emotional regulation, and improves attention and sleep quality.

    What I share is a blend of teachings, teachers, and lived experience — all held with respect and reverence for the lineages they come from:

    Plum Village Mindfulness Practice
    In the tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh and ongoing practice with Fred Eppsteiner (Florida Community of Mindfulness).

    Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
    As developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, offering secular, science-based tools for working with stress and reactivity.

    Somatic & Movement-Based Practices
    Based on work with Sabine Parzer’s Holistic Dance Institute — including trauma-informed tools for reconnecting with the body, rhythm, and relational safety.

    Ecology-informed & Indigenous Perspectives
    Drawing from The Work That Reconnects with Joanna Macy —honoring the deep interdependence between personal and collective wellbeing.

We’ll begin with a short, free conversation (about 15 minutes) to meet one another and talk through what’s been bringing you here.
