Private Sessions: Mindfulness Mentoring & Practice Integration
This is Presence Work.
This is presence work.Learning how to be fully in it — the mess, the beauty, the art of being human — so we can live our one radical life with greater joy and ease, opening up space to explore the vastness of our individual and collective potential.
We often touch deep peace and a sense of connection on retreat, in nature, or in stillness. The real challenge is living it — every day. This work supports that integration, so that your ‘practice’ isn’t something you step away for —it becomes the way you live.
Through guided meditation and practical exercises, we’ll build a personal rhythm that’s sustainable, embodied — it is like having a personal trainer, to to strength your glutes and core, but your mind muscle.

What to Expect
We’ll begin by exploring your current meditation practice, aspirations, and what’s present in your life right now. Together, we’ll create a focus and rhythm that supports clarity, connection, and a sense of personal alignment — like a customized strength-based workout plan for your mind and nervous system.
Each session includes a guided meditation to help ground your mindbody, followed by reflective conversation and practical coaching. You’ll leave with clear takeaways to explore during the week, and simple tools to support mindfulness in the midst of daily life.
